At the end of 2023, Ausnutria Dairy Ingredients BV (ADI) entered a groundbreaking partnership with the NXT Multi-Market Distribution (MMD) platform. This collaboration enables the Dutch leading goat milk company to tap into the Indian market through NXT TRADE’s APAC trading house in Bangalore, India.
Since 2007, NXT TRADE has been a significant player in supplying European bulk goods and ingredients to the Indian industry. With a robust network and extensive reach, NXT TRADE is well-positioned to support ADI in this venture. The partnership focuses on providing ADI with essential Value-Chain solutions, including boots-on-the-ground support, to commercially activate this new market.
NXT’s primary goal is to ensure compliant import procedures and manage all import, sales and distribution transactions for ADI in India. This involves supplying dairy ingredients and protein in bulk to major food processing companies across the country.
The initial phase of the partnership, which began in December 2023, concentrated on navigating the import and regulatory landscape. By April 2024, the NXT team launched a commercial Go-to-Market strategy to implement a local sales approach and gather market feedback on ADI’s value proposition.
